Shipping and handling:
Due to the size of the product, we only offer to ship through standard trucking service. Our carrier will contact you prior to help you set up a delivery time/date/pick up location before the delivery is attempted. You will expect to receive 3 cartons that we tighten up in one pallet. We highly suggest that there are at least 2 people to carry each carton.
Note: All the items will be shipped out under good condition; If the product is damaged when it's delivered, please kindly let the carrier sign the refusal delivery paper and report to us within 5 days.
Exchange and Return Policy
1. Once we get the shipping confirmation from customers and the order has been shipped out via trucking service, any cancellation requests will not be allowed.
2. Returns based on customer’s personal preference and feelings is not free and we will not be responsible for the return shipping cost. Also, we will charge 20% of the retail price for restocking fees.
